I tweeted my frustration and they sent me a special email address to contact. Fortunately, it wasn't a phone call that wasted my time. I was impressed that they got right back to my email (which, shockingly, isn't even a channel you can normally use to communicate with a cable company) but now that I think about it, I don't recall them offering any special or speedier service. Were supposed to set up the dish and bring our new dvr box to set it up with (since we weren't fully moved in yet but had scheduled a football viewing party for the following week). They showed up, forgot the box and couldn't install the dish. This was completely their fault. Next appointment they had was 10 days after the party we had already scheduled and invited people to attend. Stephen had an hour long yelling match with the representative with absolutely no resolution and so he hung up and called comcast and we went cable for a couple of years.
